Use of SitTall
SitTall is intended to help users monitor posture habits using supported AirPods and macOS devices. You may use SitTall only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app or website
- You may not use SitTall in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
- You are responsible for ensuring your device and usage environment are appropriate for the app
Health and wellness disclaimer
SitTall is a wellness and productivity tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Any posture reminders or insights are informational only and should not be considered medical advice.
If you have pain, injury, or a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Availability and compatibility
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue SitTall or any part of the website at any time. Certain features require compatible AirPods models and supported versions of macOS. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device configuration.
Intellectual property
The SitTall name, branding, website content, app design, and related materials are owned by SitTall or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of any SitTall intellectual property.
Third-party platforms
The app may be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Mac App Store. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to separate third-party terms and conditions.
No warranties
